Chase Covers

All too often we see chimney chases that have been resided and the chase cover is never replaced. As you can see in the left picture the new siding is larger than the older chase cover. This allows water to get in behind the siding and cause damage.

Siding Issues

Often times the chimney chase is positioned as the highest sided part of the home. This means it is often exposed to the most weather and deteriorates the fastest.

Gas Fireplace Issues

Have you ever went to turn on your gas fireplace and nothing happened? Most of the time its issues with the pilot system. With a few quick repairs we can have your system back up and running.
